When shipping overseas, the buyer acknowledges that they are in charge of paying any duties, taxes, and other costs related to importing goods that they have purchased from us. The buyer has full responsibility for all taxes and tariffs, which are not covered by the shipping charges.

Please contact us for a more accurate shipping estimate and price for your destination if you would like to know how long it will take for your order to arrive and you don't live in one of the usual destination countries.

Customs-related delays are not under the control of ‘Martin Takac Studio’. Owing to circumstances beyond our control, shipping times may run longer than anticipated.

All orders will come with tracking information. Once an item is harmed, lost, or stolen while in transit, ‘Martin Takáč Studio’ is not obligated to replace it or provide you a refund.

ICS Courier is used for all orders that are transported within Canada. FedEx, ICS Courier, or UPS are used to ship all orders internationally.

All regular orders that are ready to ship will take one to five business days to process.

Although delivery windows cannot be guaranteed, deliveries within North America should arrive 7–10 working days after the shipment date.

We ship to all foreign locations and throughout the world. Delivery timeframes for international orders might range from 7 to 21 days, depending on where you live.

Shipping expenses will not be reimbursed for packages that are denied by customs and are returned to the studio. We will charge a 10% restocking fee for each item returned. Furthermore, we will not be able to reimburse the 2.9% processing cost if the refused order was placed using a credit card. The restocking fee helps with order processing and prompt, considerate customer care.
